According to the Pepsi Refresh Project's How it Works page, Pepsi is: "looking for people, businesses, and non-profits with ideas that will have a positive impact. Look around your community and think about how you want to change it."
There are several grant amount categories anyone can submit causes to and the ideas with the most votes win. Anyone can vote and me dear Ma asked if I would link to a couple trying to obtain money for Families of SMA.
I like this idea of people helping people help people...
