I'm all for biking, I think it should be encouraged, but I know bikers here in Denver make me nervous, as a driver. I have seen them do some insanely dangerous things like darting through cars to cross at red lights and making turns directly into cars they would have seen if they had slowed their roll a bit. So I like that the NY Post is reporting that bikers in NYC will now be subject to the same traffic laws, or more importantly, the same consequences for breaking them as cars are. I'd love to hear about Denver stepping up their game in this area as well.

Good luck catchin me! the key is to pretend they're not there. if a bicyclist gets smoked, it's totally their fault because they have enormous field of vision.
