Come on Wisconsin. Why do people have to be such d!cks about pot? It's not like every old person you know didn't smoke it in the damn 60's. Portugal decriminalized the use of all drugs in 2000, choosing to provide treatment instead of prosecuting drug offenders. You'll be intrigued by the results.
