No, it's not a riddle ala "Why is a raven like a writing desk?", it's what I would like to ask the ass-hatters that seem to being gong on a suing frenzy to get a drink of everybody else's Kool-Aid. Apparently a patent, used to generate news and press releases online, is being used to sue aggregator sites like Reddit and, one of my favorites, Fark. I am all for protecting your intellectual property, aggressively if need be, but this is just throwing poo on a wall to see what sticks....smelly. Are there judges that don't see right through this and throw the cases straight out? Are judges even allowed to do that or have I been watching too much Law and Order?
